END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Atrina Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Private Limited Company registered in Mumbai, ("Company"), for the use of the Happy Habit ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Scope of License The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. In-App Purchases The App offers subscription plans for enhanced features and content. These subscriptions are available through Apple Pay and Google Pay, and their terms are subject to the respective policies of Apple Inc. and Google LLC. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You may manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. User-Generated Content The App may allow you to post, upload, or otherwise make available content, including comments, suggestions, and user-generated data. You agree that you are solely responsible for any such content you contribute to the App, and you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the App.

4. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy [provide a link to your privacy policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
